Frontend/Backend Workflow using Yeoman & Laravel & Git

This is a pretty generic question and I relise that everyone will have
their own opinion, however, I would like to hear these opinions and
discussions.
So, basically, I am a bit of a noob to AngularJS & recently discovered the
awesomeness of Yeoman to set up my AngularJS project and Bower for the
package management and grunt for tasks.
I currently use Laravel as my backend framework and looking at ways to
improve my Frontend/Backend workflow and combine them if possible using
Yeoman etc.
Thoughts? Any good resources to read, watch or try?
