Gnome Desktop ( Centos ) : I added a NEW PANEL to the right side and made
it LARGE, but how do i add some TEXTUAL icons to it?

is it possible to add some TEXTUAL icons to a panel instead of ICONS ?
i need to like see that one is for
RESTART APACHE
one is for
GEDIT ERROR_LOG
etc
this way i know what i am clicking on of
i don't want to do ICONS icons are confusing.
